   nakamalabs is a small digital marketing and design studio offering services such as branding, website design, social media content, SEO, paid ads, and strategic audits. We’re based online and work with clients globally.
2. Services & Bookings
   All services provided by nakamalabs are outlined on our website or discussed directly via email or video call.
   We reserve the right to accept or decline any project.
   
   To book services, a signed agreement and/or deposit may be required. Specific terms (scope, timeline, revisions, etc.) will be detailed in your custom proposal or contract.
3. Payments
   All prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated. Payment details (amounts, timelines, deposits, and cancellation policies) will be shared during onboarding.
   
   Late payments may incur a fee. We reserve the right to pause or cancel work if invoices are unpaid.
4. Intellectual Property
   Unless otherwise agreed:
   
   - We retain the rights to all designs, strategy documents, and materials until full payment is received.
   - Final deliverables become yours after full payment, but we may showcase them in our portfolio or on social media (unless you ask us not to).
   - You agree not to resell, copy, or distribute our work without permission.
5. Client Responsibilities
   To ensure a smooth project, you agree to:
   
   - Provide accurate information, content, and feedback in a timely manner
   - Stick to the agreed timeline or notify us if delays arise
   - Respect our process and creative expertise
6. Revisions & Refunds
   We include a set number of revisions in each service bundle. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
   
   Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or been delivered. We’ll always do our best to resolve issues fairly.
7. Website Content & Use
   You agree not to use our site in any way that may cause harm, interfere with functionality, or access information without permission.
   
   All text, graphics, and images on this site are the property of nakamalabs and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
   While we do our best to provide effective and professional services, nakamalabs is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our website or services, including business loss, revenue loss, or data issues.

   Our website or services may include links to third-party tools or platforms (like Canva, Notion, or Instagram). We’re not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.
